Standard turnaround is 3-7 business days after proof approval. Rush orders can often be accommodated for an additional fee. Bulk orders may take longer depending on quantity.
Absolutely! You can ship your own knife, firearm, tumbler, golf club, or other item to us for custom engraving. We recommend insuring valuable items during shipping. Contact us first for shipping instructions.
We accept most common image formats: PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, and AI files. For best results, vector files (SVG, AI, PDF) or high-resolution images (300 DPI+) work best. We can also work from sketches or ideas.

Yes! Laser engraving is permanent. It physically marks the material and won't fade, peel, or rub off over time. Your engraving will last as long as the item itself.
Custom orders are non-refundable once work has begun since they're personalized to your specifications. Shop items can be returned within 14 days if unused. If there's a defect, we'll make it right. See our Terms of Service for full details.
